Fire Cider is a beloved folk remedy meant to be used as a daily tonic to nourish the immune system, and while it is great for that, I highly recommend and prefer to use it more as a kitchen condiment with superpowers. 

Raw, organic apple cider vinegar pressed from USA grown apples gets combined with fresh produce and herbs to make a tasty, tangy spicy concoction that is full of vitamins and minerals. 

My fire ciders do not contain horseradish so that they are more appealing to a larger audience. Horseradish is one of those things one seems to either love, or loathe. I've created two awesome flavors meant to showcase local and wild foods from this area. 

Heart-Beet has fresh Detroit Dark Red beets from my garden, along with my homegrown garlic, onions and cayenne peppers with a nip of local honey. It also has mineral rich red raspberry leaf and juicy hibiscus. It has a lovely earthy sweet flavor and a deep burgundy hue. 

Bonfire was made to celebrate the boreal forests of Northern Michigan. In place of the traditional citrus, this fire cider gets it's vitamin c from fresh white pine needles and juniper berries. Paired with the homegrown onion, garlic and cayenne peppers, this is perfect to add to any meal cooked over a campfire and is especially tasty paired with wild game.
