Flourish Herbal Tea

 I made this tea blend to help keep my mineral intake high through pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding. This is a very nutritive blend of herbs, that also happen to taste delicious! After a year of drinking this daily, my nails grow so fast it's almost a nuisance, but they are so strong! I've noticed a visible difference in my hair, skin and nails.

This tea needs a good, long steep time to extract the most benefits from the herbs, so I really like to drink it iced, or as lemonade! Even my child loves to drink this.
