Pizza Dust

This is a fun little number that I've been making for use in our kitchen for awhile now! I figured I'd throw it in the drop because the culinary side of me still wants make offerings, too. 

Sprinkle this on any pizza - homemade, take out, frozen, it doesn't matter, it will boost the flavor of them all. 

It has simple ingredients, the star of which is nutritional yeast. OK, stay with me! If you aren't familiar with it already, the name sounds off-putting, but I swear to you it's the bomb. It has a cheesy umami flavor while being totally dairy free, and it's rich in protein and B Vitamins! Pair it with quality dried herbs and some mineral salt, and you've got yourself a dandy little jar of flavor. 

It also works great mixed with softened butter for garlic bread or with vinegar and olive oil as a vinaigrette. Sprinkle it on anything, you really can't go wrong! 

Ingredients: Nutritional yeast, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Redmond's real salt, oregano, basil, marjoram, parsley.

If you select local pick-up, your order will be ready for pick-up the Saturday following your order. You will recieve an email when your order is ready for pickup and what time window pickup is available for. Orders not picked up after 48 hours from packing will be canceled and charged a $10 restock fee. THIS IS ALL NEW so I'm sure there will be kinks to work out. Bear with me.
